Alpha Martial Arts does not assume any responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of any property belonging to the attendee.
If an attendee's behavior becomes inappropriate, a warning and corrective measures will be taken. After three warnings, a parent will be asked to pick up the attendee.
By dropping off the attendee, I understand that the attendee will be engaging in physical exercise and the use of equipment and facilities can be dangerous to the attendee and could cause injury. The attendee is voluntarily participating in these activities and buyer and attendee assume risk of injury to student, which may result.
If attendee has registered, and does not show up for the event, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
